Workshop Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workshop operations, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet business objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in workshop management or a related field, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
