
Senior Enterprise Growth Specialist

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with Enterprise clients. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, working closely with internal teams to develop account strategies, and delivering compelling product demonstrations to C-level executives and security/IT teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Large Enterprise segment
- Developing and articulating the company's value proposition to become a trusted advisor within customer bases
- Working with internal resources, including aligned System Engineers, to prepare account strategies and deliver compelling product demonstrations
- Partnering with the channel to gain access into new accounts and leverage existing relationships for business growth
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's competitive positioning and staying ahead of industry trends
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of over-achieving targets and net new logo acquisitions, with experience in SaaS and disruptive technologies
- Strong business acumen and ability to establish strong business relationships at the executive level
- Ability to articulate and promote the company's value proposition to become a trusted advisor within customer bases
- Experience closing complex opportunities in the range of $100k–$1m
- Proficiency with formal sales methodologies and willingness to be coached and follow a proven sales process
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with focus on account planning, pipeline generation, and opportunity progression
- Preferably experience using Salesforce
