We are seeking a seasoned Account Growth Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving revenue through retention and service expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, client success, or strategic roles in legal or professional services.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, expanding services where opportunities arise.
  • Partner with Legal Directors to identify client challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Lead contract renewals and expansions with senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with GCs and legal operations leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client objectives and maintain a clear pipeline.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years in account management, client success, or strategic roles in legal or professional services.
  • Proven track record managing high-value accounts and growing revenue.
  • Experienced in complex negotiations and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial instincts, and ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communicator and trusted advisor, skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
