Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of EV charging stations across Ireland.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, solving complex technical problems, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Travel across Ireland to inspect, diagnose, and repair EV charging stations at residential, commercial, and public locations.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades on chargers to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the technical support and operations teams to resolve issues remotely and on-site.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed service reports, communicating effectively with internal systems.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, representing our brand in a professional manner.
  • Evaluate and enforce compliance with health, safety, and electrical standards at all times.
  • Support installation teams during peak periods or special projects as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a hands-on electrical, technical, or field service role.
  • Holding a Full clean Irish driving license and Safe Pass certification.
  • Demonstrated strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, managing time effectively while on the road.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and software for logging reports and updating service tickets.
