We are seeking an experienced Oversight and Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our compliance and risk management strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of new business partners to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.">
  • Collaborate with delegates and outsourcing partners to obtain necessary documentation and ensure ongoing compliance.">
  • Coordinate due diligence meetings and reviews to assess the risks associated with new and existing delegation/outsourcing arrangements.">
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date questionnaires and outsourcing registers to ensure regulatory and industry standards are met.">
  • Ensure timely completion of due diligence processes and communicate results to senior management.">
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on oversight activities and recommendations for process improvements.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

Essential Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, law, or business).">
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the Irish investment fund industry or credit institution, with a focus on oversight and control.">
  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office and strong analytical skills.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.">
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.">
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and resilience.">
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.">
