Technical Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the technical operations and management of workplace services, primarily focusing on end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, virtual desktops, printers, mobile phones, and associated technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the delivery of workplace technology services, including deployment, patching, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Ensure the performance and quality of workplace services meet organisational standards and user expectations.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, aligning device-related services with business goals and user needs.
- Cultivate innovation through strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Develop a collaborative mindset to build partnerships and work towards shared objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with modern technology and best practices in workplace services.
- College diploma or university degree in business, information systems, or technical related subject.
- 10+ Years in IT management with experience in workplace services or end-user device management.
This position requires a visionary leader who can drive technological advancements and improve operational efficiency.
