About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is part of our Commercial & Investment Bank, which provides strategic advice, raises capital, manages risk, and extends liquidity in markets around the world.
We are seeking a skilled Payment Sales Manager to join our EMEA Multinationals Payments Sales team in Dublin. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with multinational clients across the region, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering innovative payment solutions.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in payments sales or related areas, with a proven track record of building and developing client relationships, winning new businesses, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sell the entire Payments product suite, including treasury services, merchant services, and trade & working capital.
- Partner closely with parent HQ and country coverage teams to expand existing business and identify new opportunities.
- Understand client challenges and requirements, and develop complex products and solutions to meet their needs.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, taking a holistic view of their needs and providing integrated treasury solutions.
- Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, benchmarking, and solution positioning.
- Proven experience in payments sales or related areas, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent partnership and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of cash and liquidity management products, as well as compliance and Know Your Client (KYC) processes.
- Effective selling, negotiation, and influencing skills, with ability to close new business deals.
