Job Title: Team Lead for Children's Respite Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Children's Respite service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the physical and emotional needs of residents are met through high-quality care.
  • Effectively manage staff, providing mentorship and leadership through supervision, appraisals, and regular team meetings.
  • Coordinate appointments and prioritize tasks in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Guarantee compliance with relevant standards and implement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Hold a QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a management or supervisory role within the Health or Social Care sector.
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
