About the Job

We are seeking a talented individual to join our deli team at Donnybrook Fair Malahide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and displaying food products in a visually appealing manner, answering queries, and making recommendations on Deli/Bakery products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Display: Prepare and display food products in an attractive and inviting way that drives sales and enhances the overall shopping experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times, addressing queries and offering product recommendations to meet customers' needs.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain safe food handling practices and ensure full compliance with HACCP regulations.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available to work between Monday and Sunday, from early morning shifts starting at 6:30 am.
  • Experience: Have previous experience in a deli or similar environment (1+ year preferred).
  • HACCP Training: Possess HACCP training or be willing to undergo training.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Organizational Skills: Show flexibility and a 'can-do' attitude, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
