This role is suitable for a candidate who is seeking to develop their HR administration experience in a collaborative working environment.
About the JobThis Fixed Term Contract position (6 months) offers a chance to gain valuable experience in HR administration, working closely with employees and managers across various divisions.
You will be responsible for providing administration support, including completing entitlement requests, responding to employee inquiries, and updating employee records.
In addition, you will collaborate with the Payroll department and assist with recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Administration support for the People & Organisation team
- Deliver high-level customer service to meet employee requirements within agreed SLAs
- Manage HR general queries, respond promptly, and resolve issues efficiently
- Data entry and updates in relation to employee records, liaising with the Payroll department as required
- Assist with recruitment processes, adopting continuous improvement methodologies
- Support training programs for new employees and review correspondence in a confidential manner
- Contribute to ad hoc HR change initiatives and other tasks as needed
- Degree or Professional qualification in HR, e.g. CIPD, or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years administration experience, preferably in a busy HR, Financial, or Legal services team
- Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office suite and electronic file management
- Strong customer service and prioritisation skills, with ability to resolve issues timely
- Highly motivated, with accuracy and completeness in all aspects of work
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Team player, seeking collaboration and maximising benefits for the team
