Senior Credit and Cash Collection Specialist

The Credit and Collections team at our organization is looking for a skilled professional to join their ranks as a Senior Credit to Cash Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing an EMEA accounts receivable portfolio with a focus on Germany, Switzerland & Austria.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering consistent improvement in collection results while building strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with the Credit team and other order-to-cash partners to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day customer contact and relationships to collect outstanding debts
  • Identify and resolve billing issues and customer disputes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Analyze credit risk and make recommendations to mitigate potential losses
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and best practices

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in credit and collections
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
