Job Role Overview

This role entails supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries in their rehabilitation journey. As a dedicated professional, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized support that empowers each individual.


The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals regain independence and achieve their goals through coordinated support and care.



Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships based on trust and respect
  • Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs
  • Support daily living skills, personal care, and goal-focused activities to promote independence
  • Collaborate with the team, attend meetings, and maintain progress updates on relevant platforms


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possession of a relevant Health or Social Care qualification at QQI Level 5 or higher
  • Valid full driving licence
  • A commitment to person-centred values and principles
  • Excellent communication skills for effective spoken and written English engagement
  • Familiarity with basic IT systems for staying organized and connected
