
Injury Rehabilitation Support Specialist

This role entails supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries in their rehabilitation journey. As a dedicated professional, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized support that empowers each individual.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals regain independence and achieve their goals through coordinated support and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships based on trust and respect
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs
- Support daily living skills, personal care, and goal-focused activities to promote independence
- Collaborate with the team, attend meetings, and maintain progress updates on relevant platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possession of a relevant Health or Social Care qualification at QQI Level 5 or higher
- Valid full driving licence
- A commitment to person-centred values and principles
- Excellent communication skills for effective spoken and written English engagement
- Familiarity with basic IT systems for staying organized and connected
