We're seeking an exceptional logistics professional to join our team in Kilkenny. As a 3PL Inventory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing warehouse efficiency and optimizing product placement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics and IT systems. They'll possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key responsibilities will include overseeing stock reconciliations, managing financial performance, and chairing performance review meetings. You'll also be responsible for developing and implementing warehouse strategies, supporting the Monthly S&OP forecast review process, and promoting a positive COVID culture within Warehousing and across Logistics and Planning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong skills in logistics IT systems and innovation.
  • Analytical, structured problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives successfully.
  • Effective stakeholder communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
