Product Marketing Manager Position

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the marketing and sales department.

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to lead product marketing and communications for Mastercard's B2B platform, which enables customers to manage and grow their business. The successful candidate will partner with product leaders and key stakeholders to market releases and new developments, execute and advance product marketing and communication strategies, and successfully commercialize platform capabilities both internally and externally with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Be the resident expert for product marketing and communications.
  • Develop product collateral and other marketing assets.
  • Work closely with the Product team to develop launch strategies for new products & features.
  • Evaluate accomplishment of objectives using metrics defined for measuring marketing effectiveness.
  • Define and lead execution of go-to-market strategy for a product or feature release.
  • Lead creation and execution of product marketing and communications across internal and external channels (email, video, trainings, technical announcements) to drive adoption and usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience executing a product marketing campaign and measuring programs to assess success and recommend changes.
  • Experience leveraging multiple sources of data to identify insights and develop content through various channels.
  • Experience participating in a quantitative study resulting in the ability to represent the voice of the customer.
