Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Administration Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in German and English, and have prior experience in an administrative or office-based role.

  • Manage and process customer orders, including data entry and evaluation
  • Confirm order receipts and communicate scheduled shipping dates to customers
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Interpret customer contracts and quotes, ensuring compliance with terms, special instructions, and revenue recognition policies
Key Requirements:
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce or ERP systems is a strong advantage
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office-based role
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
