Key Responsibilities:
- Advise employees and managers on organisational policies and practices
- Support manager-employee relationships to promote development and team cohesion
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and workplace compliance
- Collaborate on training initiatives and process improvements
- Track and maintain key employee records
- Partner on legal compliance and HR data analysis
- Contribute to organisational initiatives including employee engagement and recognition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations
- Solid understanding of employment law and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
