This is a full-time permanent role working in the legal team of Jacksonstone Recruitment. We are looking for an experienced legal secretary with strong administrative skills to join our office based team.
">About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, typing and filing legal documents including wills, contracts and subpoenas. They will also manage correspondence, respond to client enquiries and organize diaries.
">Main Responsibilities:
">
- Prepare, type and file legal documents such as wills, contracts and subpoenas
- Manage correspondence and respond to client enquiries
- Organize diaries, schedule appointments and arrange meetings
- Audit type from digital dictation, transcribe interviews and conduct legal research
- Gather information required for cases such as accident reports or medical records
- Scanning, photocopying and faxing
Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced legal secretary who has experience in the litigation department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as part of a team.
