Our organization is seeking a skilled bid writer to enhance our proposal development capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals under tight deadlines. A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferable, along with 2+ years of experience in technical bid writing or content creation.

The successful bid writer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering winning bids that showcase our unique selling points
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure cohesive submissions
  • Maintaining a database of standard responses, templates, and case studies to improve efficiency and consistency in future bids

Proficiency in MS office and experience using adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) are advantageous, as is familiarity with CRM systems and bid management tools.
