Job Summary

The Mold Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and efficiency of molds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Toolmaker to ensure the optimal condition of injection molds.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements related to mold maintenance procedures.
  • Work closely with the Production Group leaders and Toolmaker to troubleshoot mold-related issues.
  • Solve customer-related problems and concerns as necessary.

Adherence to all local site policies, procedures, and corporate guidelines. Perform additional duties at the request of the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills, accompanied by mechanical aptitude.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to work within a team environment and possess basic computer knowledge.
