Job Title: Project Process Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Process/Project Engineer to lead and support process engineering and capital projects. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery activities including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
  • Oversee commissioning and qualification (C&Q) of equipment, systems, and facilities in compliance with GMP and industry standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, and Validation teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reliability, and compliance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in process and project engineering within the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in project delivery, including managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong expertise in commissioning and qualification (C&Q) processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
