Job Title: Migration Specialist

About the Role

This position requires a highly skilled professional to provide on-site support for user migrations, devices, and mailboxes to our national domain. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to receive migration schedules and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Evaluate and escalate application and hardware problems as needed.
Key Skills and Expertise
  • Proficient in system administration using Active Directory
  • Experience in setting up and managing Windows accounts, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft servers
  • Strong troubleshooting and referral skills for hardware faults to third parties
  • Able to install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in IT Support
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and report writing
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to organize work and interact with stakeholders professionally
