Senior Director Role Summary

The Senior Director will lead the group's assessment and approach to any complex accounting issues, coordinating with external advisors as necessary.

This role involves overseeing the group's annual reports under US GAAP and IFRS, reviewing quarterly financial reporting to the stock exchange, and providing consultation on ad hoc accounting matters.

Key responsibilities include liaising with the group audit process, leading responses to regulatory correspondence, working with business unit and shared service finance colleagues, collaborating with group tax and treasury teams, and supporting legal & commercial finance teams.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to resolve audit and regulatory matters
  • Provide leadership in evaluating accounting implications of potential acquisition targets
