Senior F&B Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the management of food and beverage operations in our 4-star hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing three busy outlets, leading a team of hospitality professionals, and ensuring exceptional service standards.

About the Role
  • Managing day-to-day operations of Writers Bar & lounge, Toddy's Brasserie, and The Gallery Restaurant.
  • Leading a team by recruiting, training, and appraising staff members.
  • Implementing and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Maintaining inventory control and cost management.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior F&B management roles in large hotels.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hospitality software and technology.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of service.
