Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and collaborative sales professional to join our team as a Sales Performance Manager.
As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals.
You will consistently achieve quarterly sales quotas by managing a robust pipeline and leveraging outbound sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the full sales cycle, including prospecting, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities
- Consistently achieving quarterly sales quotas through effective pipeline management and outbound sales strategies
- Conducting consultative sales calls and presentations to deeply understand customer needs and position our solutions effectively
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success and smooth onboarding
- Sharing valuable market insights and customer feedback to influence product development
Requirements:
- 2-8+ years of experience in media, SaaS, or digital advertising sales, with quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels, including phone, LinkedIn, video, and email
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and successfully managing complex sales processes
- Experience with a sales methodology such as Force Management, Challenger, or Sandler
- Deep understanding of online marketing, B2B go-to-market strategies, and the challenges faced by demand generation teams
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Salesforce and Excel
