Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our contact centers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ten years or more of experience in architecture or engineering, with a strong background in solution architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with enterprise contact center platforms, including voice and interactive voice response technology.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise user experience strategy and its application in real-world scenarios.
  • A passion for solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.
  • Proven track record of designing and supporting enterprise-level infrastructure using public cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure.
