About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Programme Coordinator Lead at the Royal College of Surgeons.

As a Programme Coordinator Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing online postgraduate and professional development programmes.

Your primary objective will be to work collaboratively with academic colleagues and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality educational experiences to students.

This includes efficiently planning and coordinating all aspects of programme delivery from conception to completion.

You will be the key point of contact for students and other relevant stakeholders, providing proactive communication and support throughout the student journey.

The successful candidate will have experience in online programme delivery, excellent technical skills, and a passion for customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently plan and coordinate all elements of postgraduate and professional development programmes.
  • Coordinate and manage programme day-to-day operations to ensure effective programme delivery.
  • Act as the key point of contact for students and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Implement quality and engaging digitally enhanced learning experiences using digital learning tools and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Learning Management Systems/Virtual Learning Environments.
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to work with technology-enhanced learning platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly within a busy environment.
