Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business Development Strategy to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Automotive industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution selling and experience working with large Automotive manufacturers. They will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop and execute business development strategies.

The role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on Cubic's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Automotive industry.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and decision-makers across functional groups.
  • Stay current on the latest Automotive, IoT and Software industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of solution selling preferably within the Automotive industry.
  • Direct experience with Automotive Manufacturers and strategic partners to the Automotive industry.
  • Extensive experience establishing relationships across all levels within an organisation.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
