Human Resources Generalist

The role of Human Resources Generalist is pivotal in driving the success of an organization by bridging the gap between business objectives and HR strategies.

About the Role
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with People Managers and Leaders to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
    • Foster proactive sourcing of candidates for specialized positions across various functional areas.
    • Promote a seamless recruitment process from initiation to completion.
    • Participate in interviews, offering insightful recommendations for candidate selection.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for site employees and people managers/leaders to address HR-related inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
    • Manage and resolve employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations when necessary.
    • Promote a positive work environment and culture, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management:
    • Guide and support people managers/leaders in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
    • Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
    • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for growth.
    • Develop retention strategies to minimize turnover and retain top talent.
  • Training and Development:
    • Work with Regional HR Manager and L&D Manager to identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
    • Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and career planning.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Support the annual merit review process.
    • Advise management on policy interpretation and job evaluation.
  • Compliance:
    • Stay informed about changes in employment law and HR best practices.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
