We're seeking a skilled Middle Office Operations professional to join our team.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in the heart of our operations team, where they will be responsible for supporting the CLO Operations team with a broad range of activities including Asset Maintenance, Daily Trade Activity, MIS, Deal Closings, Trustee Reporting and Portfolio Manager support.

The successful candidate will have exposure to colleagues in various offices around the world and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trustee Reporting
  • Payment Date Calculations
  • New Deal and Transaction closings
  • Portfolio Manager support
  • Management of relationships with 3rd party Custodians and Administrators
  • Reviewing daily exception reporting
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in the firm and market with a desire to learn about our Investment Products and Activities
  • Ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate proactivity in approach to work
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment with changing priorities
  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral
  • Strong academics
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills with an ability to work with individuals at all levels within the organisation
  • Professionalism
  • Strong MS Excel with an analytical mind
