Field Service Professional

The primary goal of this role is to deliver exceptional service and support to our agricultural customers.

  • Installation & Service of Automatic equipment
  • Ensure machine installations are carried out to the highest standard
  • Provide excellent customer support through on-call service with a dedicated team
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues both on site and over the phone

To achieve this, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and scheduling farm installations
  • Organising and managing the servicing of machines
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identifying and reacting to customer needs and providing feedback on customer requirements

In addition, you will be required to:

  • Collaborate with the Technical Team and share information across the organisation
  • Manage inventory of spares and consumables in a company service vehicle
  • Adhere strictly to all Health and Safety Rules & Procedures

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.

A full driving licence is essential for this role. Experience in the Agricultural industry is desirable, but comprehensive training and support will be provided.

You will work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills are essential for success.

A Level 6 Diploma or relevant technical certification/trade in a mechanical, electrical, or related field is desirable. Knowledge of the Agricultural sector is preferred.
