Outbound Business Development Representative

We're seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our outbound business development team in the EMEA region.
About the Role:- Create a pipeline of high-potential prospects by researching and engaging key regions, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Develop targeted multi-channel prospecting strategies, including email, phone, and social outreach, to generate qualified leads.
- Become an expert on our product, value proposition, and ideal customer profile to effectively articulate our impact and tailor outreach efforts.
- Partner with aligned account executives to build quality pipeline and drive business growth.
- Maintain consistency in meeting activity metrics, opportunity targets, and pipeline generation targets.
- Fluent English speaker with 1 year experience in sales development or relevant customer-facing roles.
- Prioritizes technology knowledge, with enthusiasm for sharing this passion with others.
- Effective communicator, empathetic and committed to integrity.
- Analytical thinker able to identify patterns across large datasets.
- Strong team player who understands the importance of cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
