Maintenance Technician Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of residential care homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
  • Repair and maintain lighting and other essential systems.
  • Ensure adequate levels of spares, stock, and supplies.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the site.
  • Participate in rotational on-call system.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year's experience in a similar role, with excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently. You will be enthusiastic, proactive, and able to provide holistic supports of the highest quality.
