Orthopaedic Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our orthopaedic reconstruction customers.
This role will involve assisting with ongoing customer support, helping implement business in new accounts and ensuring the safe and efficient clinical use of our products. You will also be responsible for managing associated stock and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical advice and training to customers on the safe and effective use of our products and surgical techniques.
- Engage with existing and new surgeons to develop sales opportunities and advise on lead generation.
- Support customers with stock management activities including consignment inventory, loan kits and ordering patterns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity on our CRM system.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a surgical or theatre environment.
- Full clean driving license.
- Advanced communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility in a clinical environment.
- Driven by a desire to succeed and a strong work ethos.
