Job Overview

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Risk and Controls Operations Head to join their team in Dublin, Ireland.

  • Drive the effectiveness of existing controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Continually drive and manage controls enhancements focused on increasing efficiency and reducing risk.
  • Execute Enterprise Risk Management Framework and adhere with Risk Mgmt Compliance Policies.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting oversight of the Material Control Activity (MCA) program.
  2. Annual/semi-annual/quarterly/monthly attestation, quality oversight, and related reporting.
  3. Executing the MCA in accordance with the Operational Risk Management Policy & Framework and applicable Policies, Standards, and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Assess activities and processes as per required Policies, Standards and Procedures to strengthen risk management quality.

Coordinate and comprehensively manage issues with key stakeholders ensuring compliance with Issue Management Policy, Standards and Procedures.

Manage the development and implementation of standardized risk and controls reporting to ensure sound reliable consistent information exists across the organization enabling better management and decision making in line with senior management Board and Regulators expectations.

Operate Citi's governance committees including coordinating meetings managing agendas and ensuring follow-up on action items.
