Our organization is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations meet the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, a good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices principles, and relevant experience in a GMP production environment.

  • This is a hybrid position based in Dublin, working with a top-tier pharmaceutical client within our Outsourced Technical Services department.
  • We work with leading organizations across Europe, Asia, and the US, focusing on growing a sustainable business centered around our people, clients, and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the EHS team in providing support to internal teams for day-to-day operations.
  • Provide EHS representation on behalf of the client during manufacturing fill, finish, existing plant, and new expansion activities.
  • Sit in on meetings for HAZOPs and Design Safety Reviews.
  • Support liaison with appointed design engineers to facilitate planned works impacting the site.
  • Develop, document, and implement safe systems of work for manufacturing and maintenance operations.
  • Contribute to job hazard analyses and safe working methods for operating the existing and new facility.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant science/engineering discipline; Level 8 desirable.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant EHS experience in a GMP production environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
