Job Description

About us

Culture and Values

We are built on nearly 100 years of forging strong relationships with clients and developing the careers of Ireland's future business leaders. Our culture is shaped around three core values: client success, one team, and building a proud legacy.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Client Service Executive role to join our Wealth Management division. In this position, you will provide general administrative support to a team of Directors, Associate Directors, and Senior Private Client Advisers.

  • Act as the first point of contact to clients, dealing promptly and efficiently with their queries.
  • Prepare investment presentations and collate documentation for client meetings.
  • Audit customer relationship management systems to ensure records and supporting documents are accurate and compliant in preparation of client meetings.

You will also be responsible for managing follow-up activities from client meetings, completing minutes of meetings, and monitoring task completion. Additionally, you will update and monitor the CRM system on an ongoing basis, prepare documentation to comply with legislative requirements in data management for our clients, and facilitate client requests by liaising with internal departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing reporting and operations of tasks in conjunction with other team members.
  • Implementing and communicating company practices in carrying out tasks.
  • Liaising with Tax Advisers, Solicitors, Brokers, and Life Offices on behalf of servicing our clients.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks involved with planning and preparation of various client events and conferences.
  • Providing on-site support and hospitality at such events.

This role requires a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

We offer a range of benefits and experiences to support your professional and personal growth, including competitive salary, annual performance-related discretionary bonus, annual flexible benefits, employer pension contribution, and multiple insurance coverage.
