
Grant Coordinator

We are seeking a Grant Coordinator to support our QA & Documentation division temporarily to cover maternity leave for a 9-month contract initially. This role involves working closely with the team to maintain records, upload grant applications, and ensure compliance with grant guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organise documentation related to grant applications, approvals, financial reports, and other relevant materials
- Preparation of Grant Documents: Ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Compliance Tracking: Monitor grant deadlines and ensure all documentation is submitted promptly.
- Data Entry and Database Management: Input and maintain data in the grant management software or database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Health and Safety: Maintain and collate health and safety records, RAMs and other associated H&S administrative tasks.
- Communication Support: Liaising with professionals on documentation requirements.
- Document Formatting: Assist with the preparation of grant documents, creating templates, and ensuring consistency in presentation.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for internal or external audits by ensuring proper documentation is available and organized.
- Administrative Support: Support the grant team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and conducting research on potential grant opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative and document coordination role.
- Previous experience in grant administration is advantageous, as is experience working with government departments, within the renewable energy sector
- Health and Safety experience desirable
Key Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM database management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This is an office-based role with flexibility around working hours. The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and have excellent time management skills.
