Lead a Luxury Spa Team

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead the wellness team at a boutique hotel.

About the Role:
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day operations in a luxury spa environment.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage a team of skilled therapists.
  • Drive the continued success of the spa through innovation, high standards, and a guest-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team to deliver outstanding service consistently.
  • Manage the spa booking system, treatment schedules, and all guest communications efficiently.
  • Ensure the highest standards in treatment delivery and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee stock control, product ordering, and supplier/vendor relationships effectively.
  • Drive revenue growth through spa promotions, seasonal packages, and cross-selling strategies successfully.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management on wellness strategy and service innovation.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Spa Management or Senior Therapist role within a 4/5-star hotel or luxury spa environment is required.
  • Recognised qualifications in beauty, spa, and wellness therapies (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO) are essential.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication abilities are required.
  • Possession for wellness, luxury service, and delivering memorable guest experiences is mandatory.
  • Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving revenue targets is expected.
  • Proficiency in spa management systems and Microsoft Office is desirable.
