IT Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will drive our technology strategy forward, leading the IT department and contributing to business growth and success.

This challenging and rewarding opportunity requires a seasoned IT professional with strong infrastructure, network, and applications support experience. The successful candidate will have excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, as well as experience extracting value from ERP systems and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the IT department to deliver a high level of service to the organisation in line with business needs and industry best practice.
  • Reporting to senior management and communicating with business stakeholders on all IT matters.
  • Liaising with other departments to assess their IT needs and devise solutions.
  • Planning the implementation of new solutions and providing guidance to the IT team and managed service partners.
  • Ensuring the integration and smooth running of our Website ERP WMS systems.
  • Managing all elements of ICT service delivery, including availability, reliability, and security.
  • Developing and implementing IT strategy in support of the company's mission and strategic objectives.
  • IT Vendor Management and procurement, including negotiating service level agreements and managing vendors.
  • Preparing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards relating to IT systems and services.
  • Overall responsibility for IT Security & Disaster Recovery.
  • Project management, including infrastructure rollout, consolidation, and upgrade projects.

The role requires participation in process improvement initiatives across the business, staying up-to-date on new technologies, and contributing to the development of IT strategy.
