As a seasoned Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute event strategies
  • Utilize digital channels to promote events and communicate key information
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure optimal value
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses to achieve financial goals
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Oversee event production, design, and entertainment elements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service providers and suppliers
  • Manage event-related queries and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in event management or a related field
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of event planning software and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Event Management or a related field
  • Driving license and access to own transport
