
Corporate Events Coordinator

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned EMEA Events Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all client events across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all event space diaries through shared events calendars.
- Oversee furniture set-ups for events and conference rooms on-site and off-site.
- Work in partnership with site regional leads to ensure consistency of service.
- Collaborate with external contractors, vendors, and clients to deliver seamless events.
- Resolve problems associated with event services, including janitorial, parking, conference rooms, interior furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
- Own internal events booking systems and respond to all tickets raised.
- Lead planning meetings with external clients and vendors to discuss event requirements.
- Liaise with clients during events to proactively address last-minute requests.
- Provide support for guests, visitors, and employees relating to all events.
- Conduct high-level office tours on behalf of the facilities team and/or clients.
- Carry out quality audits of event spaces, furniture, and equipment.
- Support meetings and conference room reservations as needed.
- Responsible for Health & Safety during events, including contractor supervision and reviewing H&S documentation.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to both JLL and client's facilities management teams.
- Work within the facilities team to maintain office space standards and adhere to processes.
- Guide Facilities Events Techs through proactive workload management using internal and JLL task systems.
- Collaborate to solve problems and resolve spontaneous situations with professionalism and service orientation.
Requirements:
- Experience in events, facilities, hospitality, or related fields.
- Event qualification desirable but not essential.
- Outstanding customer service skills and orientation.
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism without supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook, with excellent written and verbal communication and people skills.
- Previous experience working in fast-paced, corporate multi-national environments.
- Flexibility in relation to type of work carried out and availability.
