Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical support and maintenance services for desktops, laptops, and other devices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Citrix is also highly desirable.


About This Role
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for desktops, laptops, and other devices.
  • Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Desktop Support: Provide technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical processes and procedures.

Requirements For A Successful Application
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Citrix.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
