Restaurant Leadership Role

The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager is crucial to the success of our Food & Beverage operations. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will assist in leading a high-performing team and executing strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Operations Manager in driving F&B department performance and setting targets for the restaurant team.
  • Manage cost-effectiveness and optimize resources within the department.
  • Develop and lead employees to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Restaurant management role, preferably in a 3/4 star hotel.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent English communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service principles.
