Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience in a lead role within a food production or packaging environment or strong experience in a similar setting. They will be responsible for monitoring production schedules to meet targets and customer requirements, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards, accurately recording and reporting production data using computer systems, training and motivating team members to optimize performance, working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and maintaining health & safety standards in the packing area.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a lead role within a food production or packaging environment or strong experience in a similar setting.
  • Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, production reporting systems).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
