Speech Therapy Specialist

Deliver exceptional care and promote the well-being of individuals with complex speech and language needs as a highly skilled Speech Therapist.
This role requires a dedicated professional who can conduct thorough assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualised treatment plans for clients with speech and language difficulties
- Collaborate with professionals from various disciplines to provide cohesive support and achieve optimal outcomes
- Develop training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in supporting individuals with speech and language needs
- Maintain accurate clinical records and prepare reports on client progress and treatment
- Level 8 Degree in Speech Therapy or related field
- Registered member of relevant regulatory body
- Qualification in FEDS assessment, treatment, and care planning
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
