Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience, setting the tone for a positive interaction with our company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and meet customers in a professional manner.
  • Manage the daily running of the front desk area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Administer CRM software efficiently, ensuring accurate data management and up-to-date records.
  • Handle telephone calls and emails in a professional manner, responding promptly and resolving issues effectively.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar front-of-house or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Efficient organizational skills and attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • A professional and courteous manner at all times, with a flexible approach to work.
