Luxury Hotel Guest Experience Specialist

Marlfield House seeks a skilled Reservations Agent and Receptionist to handle room sales, restaurant reservations, and guest check-ins.
Key Responsibilities:- Market hotel rooms and take reservations
- Verify bookings and update in-house systems
- Process commissions and reconcile cash transactions
- Assist guests with needs, including check-in and out, and online booking management
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
- At least two years of experience in sales, preferably hospitality
- Proficiency in using hotel reservation systems and processing transactions
- Computer literacy and fast typing speed
- Experience working with hotel booking systems
- Ability to communicate effectively as part of a team
- Fully licensed driver to operate company vehicles
- Comprehensive training by the front office manager on all in-house systems
- A competitive compensation package, excluding evenings, and meals while on duty
- The opportunity to work in a luxurious environment with high guest satisfaction
This is a full-time position, working five days per week, with weekend shifts.
