Global Payment Operations Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead our Payment Processing team, ensuring seamless payment processing and fostering a collaborative work environment.

This role requires expertise in process optimization, client relationship management, and effective communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Payment Processing team to achieve exceptional results;
  • Maintaining awareness of client SLAs and striving to meet them;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings;
  • Applying Change Management protocols for process updates;
  • Escalating issues to Senior Management and following instructions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our growth.

Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm
