Leadership Position - Evening Shift

About this Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to join our department on the evening shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a group of hygiene operatives to achieve exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hygiene operatives during the evening shift, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Organize tasks and allocate responsibilities to ensure all cleaning schedules are completed on time.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene across production areas, adhering to food safety regulations and company guidelines.
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members, promoting their growth and development.
  • Complete daily reports, maintain accurate records, and update documentation using computer-based systems.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient handovers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in hygiene practices and team performance, striving for excellence in all aspects.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hygiene or sanitation role within the food industry (essential).
  • A proven track record of leadership, supervision, or management.
  • In-depth knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to work the evening shift.
