About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Administration Director to join our team in Blackrock.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our employee benefits and pension schemes for all Zurich companies in Ireland.

Main Responsibilities
  • Pension Scheme Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Zurich Ireland defined benefit pension scheme.
  • Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement effective employee benefits strategies to support business objectives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders on pension provision and other benefits.
Requirements
  • A primary degree and/or relevant professional qualification.
  • Minimum five years' experience in pension schemes and related regulatory environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes, investments, and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
